Ruth Pijls-Hoekstra is a Senior Researcher and Lecturer specializing in hospitality, customer experience, and research at Saxion University of Applied Sciences' Hospitality Business School.
Marieke van Meurs has been a lecturer at the Tourism Management programme at Inholland University of Applied Sciences for many years. In her work, making connections between people and organisations is the main theme. Her goal is to grow together. Within ENSUT she will take up this connecting role again, by connecting the research that takes place within the network with the field of work and also with various courses within Inholland University.
