Roos Gerritsma is associate professor at the Urban Leisure & Tourism Lab Amsterdam, an initiative of Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
Bianca Kluin has been involved as a researcher in the Urban Leisure & Tourism Lab Rotterdam for many years. In the lab, she mainly conducts research on Rotterdam South. Central to this research is how placemaking can take place in a sustainable and inclusive manner.
She is happy to contribute the insights of this research to the Sustainable Urban Tourism Expertise Network.
